With us, you are in safe hands
We make homes warm, energy-efficient and sustainable. Every heat pump we install increases the use of renewable energy, reduces the carbon footprint and makes our customers’ homes more sustainable while lowering heating costs. We support and advise our customers throughout the entire design and installation process, and we continue to be there for you even after your heating and ventilation systems have been installed.

Confidence and support at every step
We are a reliable partner for our customers for years to come. With in-house sales, design, installation, maintenance and finance departments, we take full responsibility for the entire process and deliver reliable and energy-efficient solutions.
We operate across Estonia and are always close to our customers.
Experienced designers
We provide designs that can be built immediately in such a way that the subsequent efficiency of the system is maximised.
Our design department has extensive practical experience and is capable of advising other designers, as well as reviewing and optimising solutions designed by other companies.
Innovative approach
We are pioneers in developing innovative, energy-saving and sustainable heating and air conditioning solutions, and our expertise keeps us at the forefront of the Estonian heat pump market.
We are the only company in Estonia with hands-on know-how in a number of groundbreaking developments across both the private sector and major projects, including energy piles, TABS systems and sea water heat exchangers.
As a new solution , we can assess the impact of water quality on the efficiency of a heating system and, where necessary, offer our customers water demineralisation during installation.
Quality above all else
Together with heat pump manufacturers, we have developed installation plans and bills of materials. All system components are selected according to manufacturers’ requirements and the plans are designed with optimal system efficiency in mind.
We serve on the management board of the Estonian Heat Pump Association and have been at the forefront of establishing installation standards.
Comprehensive quote within 3 working days
We respond to enquiries within one working day and deliver a full quote within three working days at the latest. Our goal is not just to sell a heat pump, but to deliver a reliable and energy-efficient solution. Our sales engineers have received extensive technical training and continuously update their knowledge.
With their expertise, we can prepare precise and comprehensive quotes that help customers avoid unexpected costs during both construction and system operation.
Precise documentation for every installation
We provide customers with complete and accurate documentation on installed systems no later than seven days after installation.
We understand the necessary steps for commissioning both new and renovated systems and can offer our customers a full-service solution, including managing all procedures in the building register.
A comprehensive solution ensures system efficiency and lower costs
We offer a wide selection of the best ground source and air-to-water heat pumps, as well as ventilation units from trusted manufacturers, whose reliability, efficiency and value for money we fully stand behind. However, a heat pump alone accounts for only around 25% of an overall heating solution. We advise our customers and help to avoid common pitfalls in heating system design, making sure that the system around the heat pump is fully optimised, so it never restricts the performance of the unit or lowers its efficiency.
The most common mistakes in choosing and installing building technical systems
- Incorrectly sized heat pump
Too small or too large a capacity directly affects annual heating costs. - Incorrect ground loop design
Loops that are too short, too deep, too shallow or with pipes too close together lead to excessive cooling, lower system efficiency and uneven heat distribution. - Improper storage tank or boiler size
A storage tank that is too small prevents smooth operation of the heat pump, while a tank that is too large excessively prolongs heating time. - Incorrect pipe diameter
Too small a diameter increases flow resistance and energy consumption. - Wrong radiators
Insufficient or incorrectly selected radiators do not cover the necessary heat load. - Water quality
Low-quality water in the system can cause blockages and corrosion, shortening the service life of the system.
- Ventilation unit selected by the square metres of the house
A ventilation unit selected based solely on the surface area of the house does not account for the required air exchange, resulting in a unit that is too weak. - Ventilation ducts with too small a diameter
Inadequate ducting makes the ventilation system noisy and inefficient as it cannot get the required air volume. - Poorly insulated ductwork
In addition to reducing system efficiency, poor insulation causes heat loss and creates a risk of condensation. - Incorrectly dimensioned cooling system
If the cooling system is incorrectly dimensioned, the desired room temperature cannot be achieved. - Incorrect placement of equipment
Poorly positioned ventilation units can cause draughts and discomfort.
- Cheap or low-quality installation materials
Incorrectly chosen installation materials lead to a shortened system lifespan and frequent breakdowns. - Poor documentation
Inadequate as-built documentation can prevent the system from receiving a use and occupancy permit. - Lack of maintenance
If the builder or installer cannot provide prompt maintenance or support, the customer is left to deal with problems alone.
