Proper maintenance ensures a long service life for your heating and ventilation system, and regular maintenance can help reduce heating costs. We recommend carrying out maintenance at least one to two times per year. Maaküte OÜ provides maintenance services for Buderus, Bosch, Thermia, Daikin, Junkers and Alpha Innotec heat pumps, as well as FläktGroup (GEA and DencoHappel) ventilation units.

Scheduled maintenance includes the following:

  • Cleaning of filters
  • Reviewing heat pump settings
  • Checking heat pump parameters for compliance with requirements
  • Visual leak inspection
  • Measuring the concentration of the ground loop fluid
  • Other maintenance tasks as required, depending on the equipment

We also offer maintenance contracts to our customers.

You can sign up as a regular maintenance customer if you own a private house with a heat pump, the capacity of which does not exceed 17 kW.

For each maintenance visit or other work, the customer will be provided with a report detailing the description and time of the work. The customer is obliged to sign the report immediately after the maintenance work is completed. The customer has the right to refuse to sign the report only if they justify their refusal.

If you wish to cancel scheduled maintenance or your regular customer status, you must notify Maaküte at least 14 days before the start of the selected maintenance period.

The work is performed by KVJ Tehnohaldus OÜ.
