Air Conditioning Solutions Sales Engineer

Responsibilities of a sales engineer:

• Consult with private customers and recommend the most suitable heat pump solutions
• Prepare quotes and conduct sales negotiations
• Manage the entire process, from sales to completion of installation
• Communicate with the installation coordinator to ensure smooth information flow
• Ensure the customer feels supported throughout the entire process

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in sales or project management (a background in construction or energy solutions is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Technical aptitude – you do not have to be an engineer, but you should understand the systems
• Independence and the ability to organise your own work
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel between sites

Maintenance Technician

As a maintenance technician, you play a key role in our company, helping us ensure smooth daily operations. Your daily duties will include the repair and maintenance of ground source and air-to-water heat pumps, as well as the maintenance of ventilation units. You will also have the opportunity to work on the installation of heating system automation. You are the one who helps identify and resolve technical faults.

To join our team, you should have strong analytical skills, technical aptitude and experience in technical work. We are looking for a team player who is responsible, proactive, initiative-taking and honest. Category B driving licence is required. The role may also require working outside standard working hours.

If you do not have professional education or work experience but are technically capable and eager to take on new challenges in a leading company in the field, we are ready to provide on-the-job training.
